Foreclosures in Town?

Can anyone speak to the issue of foreclosures in Aurora, Colorado? Foreclosures are up around the country due to the sub-prime lending practices. Is there any foreclosure impact on real estate in Aurora?

Unfortunately, there are plenty of foreclosures in Aurora. I was either the listing or selling agent on 11 foreclosures in 2007. Most of them in Aurora. I think it is a good time to look at what is for sale.
